products, integrate system solutions and provide equipment commissioning services.

Unlike ordinary component traders, Kerun also possesses in-house R&D and manufacturing capabilities for bespoke automation equipment,

enabling the design and development of complete machines and automated production lines based on Huichuan’s electrical control platform.

All products supplied through our channels can be verified as genuine and are covered by Inovance's original manufacturer's warranty policy;

projects can be processed via the manufacturer's official project registration channel. For our in-house developed bespoke equipment, the

electrical control systems prioritise the use of Inovance PLCs, servo drives, human-machine interfaces and vision components; after-sales support

for both the complete equipment and electrical control components can be coordinated directly with the manufacturer's technical support team.

Q1 What is the relationship between Kerun and INOVANCE?

Q2 Is it possible to purchase Huichuan components individually?

Yes. You can choose between two separate options: purchasing individual components or bulk procurement of complete sets, as well as bespoke equipment; professional advice on component selection is provided for both.

Q3 How long is the warranty period for INOVANCE products?

We adhere to the standard warranty policy of Huichuan; equipment developed in-house by Kerun is also covered by a comprehensive after-sales service guarantee.

Q4 Can you come to our premises to commission the equipment?

On-site commissioning is available in the Pearl River Delta region; for projects outside the province, priority is given to remote support, whilst business travel may be arranged for large-scale projects following an assessment.

Q5 Can you carry out electrical design and programme development?

Yes. We can undertake electrical design, PLC programme development, HMI screen design and the upgrading of existing production lines based on the Huichuan platform.
