In November 2025, the self-developed Laser Marking Machine Control System V1.0 was officially granted the National Computer Software Copyright Registration Certificate. The achievement enables independent control of underlying software for laser equipment and removes adaptation limitations from third-party commercial systems.
Custom-built for laser processing of continuously fed lithium battery coils and films, the system precisely coordinates synchronous movement of wide-format coil materials with marking positioning error controlled within ±0.03mm. It supports multi-format coding including QR codes, texts and graphics, and is compatible with various CO₂ laser sources.
Function modules can be flexibly customized according to customers’ on-site production conditions, significantly cutting procurement costs of supporting software. Equipment compatibility and operational stability are comprehensively improved, marking a core independent technological breakthrough within Kerun’s laser business segment.
